DESCRIPTION: This is a 5K Walk for Autism and Disability Awareness to promote awareness and resources for the community. This event is a partnership of WallynZavy’s Autistic Kids Can Do! Inc, a non-profit 5013c charitable organization that supports families with autistic and special needs families, Plainfield School District and Plainfield SEPAG (Special Education, Parent, Advisory, Group). There will be vendors, Zumba, face painting, music, resources, prizes and games for the community.
All vendors are welcomed to participate in this event.
Arts and crafts vendors wanted.
Direct sales vendors wanted. (Home party merchandise.)
Food vendors wanted – to serve food at our event (food trucks, caterers, etc.)
Vendors who sell food items wanted (baked goods, candy, coffees, teas, dip mixes, spices, etc.)
Flea market vendors wanted.
Non-profit organization vendors wanted.
Vendor Fee: $25 per table.

If you are a food vendor please contact the City of Plainfield to check to see what the permit regulations are and any applicable fees that are the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table and chairs.
