DESCRIPTION: Foodstock collects and delivers food to area food pantries throughout the year. To support its efforts, Foodstock holds 3 events each year. The flagship event, bearing the group’s name, will be held on October 13, 2018. This is Foodstock’s major food collection event. I am writing to you today to encourage you to join us on the grounds of the Freehold Independent Firehouse #1 on Stillwells Corner Road in Freehold.
There is no cost for entry, but each attendee is encouraged to bring at least 50 pounds of nonperishable food. The event will feature a succession of local bands, a bountiful barbecue and a beer and wine bar with water and soda for the kids. There will be endless fun and games and will be a great afternoon for the entire family.
Arts and crafts vendors wanted.
Non-profit organization vendors wanted.
Vendor Fees and Information:
This event is open to vendors selling craft items only.
Cost per space is $50. The entry fee is non-refundable.
This is a rain or shine event.
You must bring your own table and 10 X 10 tent. Electricity is not provided.
Set-up time is Noon with the public arriving at 1PM.
Closing time is 7PM and all spaces must be completely vacated and cleaned up of the days debris by 8PM.
