American Legion Holiday Bazaar & Vendor Sale
WHEN: Saturday and Sunday – November 17 & 18, 2018 (6th annual) – 9AM to 5PM
Post 119’s Annual Holiday Bazaar is an annual event usually held the Saturday & Sunday before Thanksgiving.
A Spring Indoor & Outdoor Market is also held annually in May.
DESCRIPTION: The Boy Scouts of the American Legion Post 119 is hosting its Annual Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair. We are seeking 50 vendors offering high quality, unique, handcrafted and commercial items including apparel, jewelry, home decors and much more. Direct sales are also welcome. Only 50 spaces are available to ensure our vendors are comfortable and customers can move easily through our building.
Our Fair is exclusively for crafters, vendors, and artisans. We will feature a concession stand, bake sale, gift raffles, and 50/50 raffle. Concessions stand services including delivery of food orders to vendor booths. We will continue to use social media, online event listings, outdoor signage, flyers and cross-promotion at other community events to promote our event.
To help Boy Scout Troop 119‘s with their Summer Campership Fund, we are asking each vendor to donate an item to our gift raffle. All proceeds will provide every scout the opportunity to attend summer camp, which is an important part of the Scouting experience.
We hope that you will consider this Craft & Vendor Fair as part of the Fall and holiday shows you participate in.
