Irish Festival and Pub Night is an annual event.
DESCRIPTION: The Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH), Monsignor Crean, Division One, will host the annual Irish Festival. All events all weekend long are open to the general public.
On Friday night the AOH, will host an Irish Pub Night featuring live music. Stop by the club and enjoy a pint and listen to some great music.
The weekend’s signature event, the Annual Irish Festival will take place Saturday on the club grounds. Food trucks will once again be on hand to provide festival goers many mouthwatering options. As the area’s longest running Irish festival the committee is proud to announce once again that the festival has an expanded free children’s area from 1PM to 5 PM with activities for the kids, which includes free pumpkin decorating for the first 75 kids compliments of Windsor Farms. Also, free for the kids is a face painting area and a soccer penalty kick contest. For those that love Irish Dance, the festival will feature performances by Rince O Chroi a Traditional and Contemporary Irish Dance School and The Denogla-Armore Academy of Irish Dance. The award-winning Monsignor Crean Pipes and Drums will also play during the day. Irish bands scheduled to appear are Diarmuid MacSuibhne and one of areas most popular Irish Bands, Band Of Rogues.
Admission is just $5 for adults and children under the age of 15 are free, when accompanied by an adult.
