DESCRIPTION: A fun ladies night out at Academy of the Holy Angels in the Student Commons, get a head start on your holiday shopping! Sip fabulous wines as you shop with our vendors – lite fare will be served.
Arts and crafts vendors wanted.
Direct sales vendors wanted. (Home party merchandise.)
Vendor Fees and Information:
$75 the Academy will provide one 6 ft table with two chairs.
$100 the Academy will provide two 6 ft tables with two chairs.
Vendor participation will be advertised in advance of the event on the Academy’s website, social media postings and emails to the AHA community.
Please note: refunds are offered only if event is cancelled
All vendors must also submit signed Vendor Agreement & Waiver along with a W-9 to complete the registration by October 24. May be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 201-750-9483.
Set-Up begins at 4:30PM on November 14. Unloading will be done from the lower school lot. All vehicles should be moved into parking spaces by 5:30PM. Electricity is limited, if you need it, please bring your own extension cords and power strips and we will do our best to place you near an outlet if possible. Breakdown will begin at 9PM.
